1. Seller, region and agreement
R&A Parts LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, provides these draft terms for proposed transactions with customers in the United States. They apply only when provided and agreed before an order. An individually agreed statement of work takes priority, subject to mandatory law.

English is not a choice of jurisdiction. Switching website language does not select these terms or remove rights available under applicable federal or state law. The relevant regional terms are identified in the quotation.
2. Inquiries and order formation
This website is an informational preview. Its form creates a non-binding inquiry draft and does not take payment, place an order or authorize work. Sending an inquiry does not by itself conclude a contract.
A project proceeds only after the parts, work, price, timing and applicable terms have been agreed and an order has been expressly confirmed under the process stated in the quote. Before authorization, you receive the quote and applicable disclosures in a form you can retain.
3. Parts, finishes and custom work
Projects may include soft-touch restoration, reconstruction and manufacture of interior and selected exterior parts, interior painting to customer specifications where feasible, high-gloss finishing of suitable metal components for cars or motorcycles, and on-site assembly, fitting and installation worldwide.
The approved scope specifies materials, dimensions, finish and work steps. Existing damage, corrosion, coatings and known material issues should be documented. If inspection reveals additional work or risks, we discuss them before making a chargeable change. An as-new condition, manufacturer approval or road-use certification is promised only if specifically agreed; legal duties are not waived.
4. Quotes, payment and changes
The quote states the currency, price or calculation method, applicable taxes, shipping and other agreed charges, payment schedule and any deposit. We do not set a universal deposit percentage or payment deadline in these draft terms.
For on-site work, labor, travel time, travel, accommodation and transport of parts or materials are separately identified or explained before authorization. A request alone does not authorize travel charges. Material changes to scope, cost or timing require agreement.
5. On-site projects and cooperation
We agree the country, site, timing, access, safe working conditions and required facilities before an on-site visit. You must have authority to provide access to the relevant vehicle and components and should disclose known hazards.
Permits, immigration or work requirements, local repair-business rules and any inspections or certifications must be addressed for the actual location. A worldwide inquiry is not an unconditional promise that a particular visit or procedure can proceed. Duties that legally belong to us remain ours.
6. Shipping and scheduling
Shipping and work dates are agreed for the individual project. We provide updates if delays become apparent. For merchandise orders covered by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, shipment representations, delay consent, cancellation and refunds will comply with that rule.
Packaging, carriers, insurance and transport costs are agreed before dispatch. Risk of loss, inspection and acceptance are governed by the contract and applicable law; reporting an issue promptly helps us assess it but does not waive nonwaivable remedies.
7. Cancellation and returns
There is no automatic EU-style 14-day cancellation promise in these US terms. Cancellation or changes outside a statutory right are handled under the quote and applicable law, taking account of authorized work, committed materials and costs saved. Deposits are not automatically forfeited under this template, and custom manufacture does not eliminate legal remedies for defects.
Certain in-person sales at a home or temporary location may be covered by the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, including its three-business-day cancellation period. Other sales, including transactions conducted entirely online and some requested repair visits, may be outside that federal rule. State law can provide additional rights. Where a cancellation right applies, the required notice and forms are supplied for that transaction; these general terms do not replace them.
8. Warranties and remedies
Applicable express warranties, implied warranties and statutory remedies remain available. This template does not sell all parts “as is,” disclaim implied warranties or impose a blanket exclusion of liability. A separate written warranty exists only when its actual coverage and conditions are clearly provided.
Please contact us at info@rapartsllc.com or +1 (307) 394-5028 and describe the issue, order and affected part. We will assess an appropriate remedy under the agreement and governing law. Nothing here requires you to surrender nonwaivable consumer, product-liability or other legal rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
For a US transaction, Wyoming law is proposed only to the extent a choice of that law is valid and agreed. Mandatory federal law and the nonwaivable protections of the state that applies to your transaction remain effective. Different rules may apply to goods, services and on-site repair work.
These draft terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings or force an exclusive distant venue. Court jurisdiction and available remedies follow applicable law. Project details and state-specific notices must be completed for the actual order.
10. Website information and updates
Before-and-after design illustrations are labeled as such and are not evidence of completed jobs. Brand references identify the vehicles or parts concerned and do not represent manufacturer affiliation.
Updated terms apply prospectively only after valid inclusion in a new contract. An online change does not rewrite an existing order. Storage choices are explained separately in the cookie and local-storage notice.
